Abstract
This project is designed to inspire, attract and retain community college, undergraduate, graduate students and veterans through career transitions to the PIC industry; to develop accessible career pathways with on-ramps and off-ramps for all supply chain skill levels; and create transitions between Academy programs and private sector employment through coordinated internships, apprenticeships and hands-on experiences in AIM and AIM-partner prototyping and manufacturing facilities.
