Research at the Institute for Energy Efficiency (IEE) is organized into three interdisciplinary themes: Smart Societal Infrastructure, Energy Efficient Computing + Communications and the Food-Energy-Water Nexus. Projects within each theme attack critical energy efficiency grand challenges.
