Seven Countries Responsible for Two-Thirds of Climate Change, Research Shows

New research has found that just seven countries, including the UK and USA, account for 63% of climate change. Relative to population size, the UK has pumped the most greenhouse gases into the atmosphere because of historical use of coal.
