Carbon Dioxide levels in the Atmosphere Hit 400 PPM

On May 3rd, the carbon-dioxide concentration in the atmosphere around the Mauna Loa Observatory in Hawaii hit 400 parts per million, forcing scientists to believe that we are not even close to slowing down climate change.
