Cassandra Tai

Cassandra is the Academic Personnel & Fellowships Analyst for the Institute for Energy Efficiency. She is responsible for overseeing all payroll, personnel, and timekeeping processes for the department, including hiring GSRs, Postdocs, Student Assistants, and temporary Research Titles, as well as coordination of visa applications, analyzing complex academic personnel policy, academic recruitments, and merits and promotions. In addition, she manages, plans, and implements the IEE Research Seed Program, IGSB Software Impact Grant Program, and the IEE Excellence in Research Fellowship.
