Marti Ogram is the Global Sales Business Development Manager for Cisco Smart + Connected Buildings. Cisco's Smart + Connected Buildings focuses on leveraging the network to transform the way buildings are built, operated and experienced. Cisco customer solutions in energy deliver an end-to-end, IP-based secure communications infrastructure for the smart grid from generation to businesses and homes.

Marti joined Cisco over one year ago with the acquisition of Richards-Zeta Building Intelligence, a Santa Barbara based company. Richards-Zeta is a leading provider of intelligent middleware technology that enables businesses to integrate building infrastructure and information technology (IT) applications over a common Internet Protocol (IP) network, resulting in improved efficiencies, greater energy savings and a reduced carbon footprint. Overall, Marti has spent over 15 years in the real estate and "smart buildings" industry helping some of the largest property owners in the world leverage technology to improve operations and customer experiences. Marti holds a bachelor of science in computer information systems from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. A native of California, she has spent a portion her career working in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Hawaii.
