The Institute for Energy Efficiency hosts several programs in support of its overall mission to develop technological solutions that will change how energy is produced, used and managed.

Our Industry Partners Program supports the commercialization of new technologies for energy efficiency by fostering collaborative interactions between industry and the Institute.

Our Technology Roundtables are small-group, facilitated workshops that bring together leading stakeholders from industry, government and academia to accelerate the development of a target technology driving energy efficiency.

Our Energy Leadership Lecture Series offers public outreach and education to the community on key energy-related issuses. In a similar vein, we also host Seminars which bring industry leaders and faculty from other universities to UCSB to give technical presentations, followed by Q&A with our faculty and students. Please visit our event listings to see past and upcoming lectures. 

The Santa Barbara Summit on Energy Efficiency brings together stakeholders in efficiency technologies, facilitating growth and collaboration across the sector.

Our Graduate and Post-Doctoral Fellowships financially support fundamental student research across multi-disciplinary research groups.
