Quallion Seeks DOE Grants for ‘Anti-Idling’ Batteries

Researchers Make Breakthrough in Creating Electricity from Bacteria
Scientists have shown that it is possible for bacteria to lie directly on the surface of a metal or mineral and transfer electrical charge through their cell membranes - bringing them a step closer to creating 'bio-batteries'.

SANYO Unveils Lithium-Ion Battery Systems for Solar Cell Systems, Electric Vehicles

Seeking to Start a Silicon Valley for Battery Science
