Using Solar Energy to Create Wind Power
A new technology, the wind energy downdraft tower, may provide clean, renewable wind power in areas that have low or inconsistent winds. The skyscraper-sized structure has virtually no carbon footprint, fuel consumption, or waste production.

USPS ‘Green Teams’ Make $76 Million
The US Postal Service says it saved more than $52 million in 2012 by reducing their energy, water, and soft goods consumption; decreasing their fuel use; and producing less solid waste. USPS also generated nearly $24 million in revenue by recycling.
