Gregg D. Ander, Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA), is the Chief Architect ofSouthern California Edison. Gregg was the Executive Producer of six environmentally-focusedtelevision programs for NBC, CBS, and PBS. One program, “Greener Buildings/Bluer Skies,” wona 2006 Emmy award.

Mr. Ander is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Illuminating EngineeringSociety of North American (IESNA), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and AirConditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and serves on the Board of Directors of the SustainableBuilding Industry Council (SBIC) and the New Buildings Institute (NBI). Gregg has authored over70 technical and design-related articles and has won awards for various energy-related projectsfrom AIA, ASHRAE, Department of Energy (DOE), and the National Academy of TelevisionArts and Sciences, and was one of the first funders of the United States Green Building Council(USGBC). In addition, Gregg has participated in numerous sustainability charrettes for residential,retail, K-12 schools, offices, and the greening of the White House and Old Executive Officebuildings. He is the author of the book, “Daylighting Performance and Design,” published by JohnWiley & Sons (second edition).
