Network television news anchor Forrest Sawyer moderates a lively discussion panel that probes the relationship between development of new technologies for energy efficiency and governmental policies that either inhibit or accelerate their adoption. The audience will be invited to pose questions to the panelists Randy Komisar (Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers), Arun Majumdar (Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory) and Michael McQuade (United Technologies Corporation).
