Optimum Energy’s Plan for HVAC Efficiency

I had the opportunity to visit the headquarters of Optimum Energy in Seattle yesterday. The 30-person company was founded in 2005 with a vision to create a software solution that will make HVAC systems in large commercial buildings 30 percent to 60 percent more efficient without a mechanical upgrade.
