Energy Efficiency: The 70% Solution to Carbon Cuts

The Climate Group’s “Technology for a Low-Carbon Future” report finds that 70 per cent of the reductions needed by 2020 can be achieved by investing in energy efficiency — lighting, vehicles, buildings and motors — and by reducing deforestation.
