Chevy Volt Claims 230 Miles Per Gallon in City Driving

GM says its upcoming plug-in hybrid will get 230 miles per gallon in city driving, about four times better than Toyota’s hybrid Prius. But measuring the mileage of plug-in hybrid vehicles is an uncertain business.
